I hereby declare that all the facts and information provided in the registration are true. I allow my personal data stated in the above mentioned application to be used and I express consent to the processing of my personal data for the purpose of Smart Factory HUB E-Learning Platform, financed by the Interreg Danube Transnational Programme, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679).

I hereby acknowledge that:

1. The administrator of personal data shall be the office of IAT University of Stuttgart.

2. My personal data shall be processed solely for the purpose of participation in the E-Learning Platform under the implementation of the Project Smart Factory HUB, evaluation, control, monitoring and reporting on the Interreg Danube Transnational Programme.

3. My personal data may be made available to other entities solely for the purpose under the implementation of the Project Smart Factory HUB, evaluation, control, monitoring and reporting on the Interreg Danube Transnational Programme.

4. Regarding my personal data I have certain rights: Right to information, right to access, right to rectification, right to withdraw consent, right to object, right to be forgotten and right for data portability. In order to exercise any of these rights I can email to info@iat.uni-stuttgart.de.

5. The provision for the said data is voluntary but the refusal to do so rules out the participation in the E-Learning Platform.
